Mike Bostock

1952 - 2011

Mike Bostock was Terry's first bass player. School friends Terry and Mike formed Back Street Carnival along with drummer John Roach. He was with the band for about two years before leaving to take up an apprentiship in plumbing. Although Mike pursued another career, he never lost his appetite for music and amassed a very large record collection. His music knowledge was also considerable and along with Terry and singer Rob Cornish won many a pop quiz.

Sadly Mike died of pneumonia, in February 2011, after a long battle with Leukemia
